Accessibility
Senate House is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps at the entrances and lifts throughout. Large print formats of event material will also be available. If you have any specific requirements, please notify us in advance on 020 7863 6050

The nearest NCP car park is Russell Court, Coram Street, London WC1H 0ND.
Catering
Refreshment vouchers for two staff per stand are provided as part of your stand package.
Deliveries and collections
Before Wednesday 17 March: Please make the appropriate arrangements to have your items delivered to the Stewart House Loading Bay on Tuesday 16 March ONLY. Packages should be clearly labelled with:
- The Spring Graduate Fair at the University of London
- Your company name
- Your stand number
- The number of boxes e.g. 1 of 6
The address for deliveries on Tuesday 16 March ONLY is:
Spring Graduate Fair at The University of London, Loading Bay, Stewart House, 32 Russell Square, London WC1B 5DN
Deliveries cannot be accepted at the main entrance or reception on Tuesday 16 March, and so must be taken directly to the Loading Bay. Any packages delivered on Tuesday will then be taken by University of London staff to your stand and will be ready for you to set up on Wednesday morning.
On Wednesday 17 March: If delivering on Wednesday 17 March, please direct couriers to Macmillan Hall, in the South Block of Senate House. The Event Organisers will be at the venue from 9am to direct people to their stand. Please note that you must allow sufficient time to set up your stand by 11.30am, when a final risk assessment will be carried out.
All items must be collected from your stand between 4pm-6pm on 17 March. You will receive labels ‘For Collection by Courier’ to mark any boxes which are being collected after you leave the venue.
Fair Guide
As part of your stand package you are entitled to an Online Fair Guide profile. Please see the Exhibitor Profile Information Form for further details.
On the day, visitors will also receive a flyer containing the exhibitor list and floorplan.
Furniture
You will receive a table, 2 chairs, table cloth, fascia name board and display board as part of your stand package.
Health and Safety
The organisers take Health and Safety very seriously. Before the event opens on Wednesday 17 March, a final risk assessment of the exhibition space including all exhibitor stands will be carried out.
Hotels
There are several hotels in the area - Premier Inn London Euston, Travelodge London Euston, Travelodge High Holborn, Thistle Bloomsbury Park etc.
Insurance
Whilst The Careers Group, University of London take every precaution to protect your property during the event we are not responsible for any loss or damage, and we recommend that you take up the insurance cover offered by Event Assured who are specialists for this type of insurance.
You are also responsible for insuring against any legal liability incurred in respect of injury or damage to property belonging to third parties. In addition to this you should protect your expenditure against Abandonment and Cancellation or curtailment of the event due to reasons beyond our control.
All these risks and more can be covered by Event Assured under their Exhibitions Policy.
Internet access
Internet access is not provided as part of your stand package.
Music
Due to the disturbance that playing music can cause to other exhibitors we would appreciate if people would refrain from playing music on their stands during the event.
Opening and Closing Times
The event opens to visitors on Wednesday 17 March at 12pm. Please allocate sufficient time to be ready by 11.30am on this day for the organisers to conduct a Risk Assessment before the fair opens. The fair closes on Wednesday 17 March at 4pm.
You can set up on Wednesday 17 March from 9.30am to 11.30am. You do not need a pass or exhibitor badge to gain entry. At the entrance of Senate House (South Block) please explain to Front Desk staff you are there for the Spring Graduate Fair. One of the Event Organisers will issue you with blank exhibitor badges, refreshment vouchers and other important information about the fair when you arrive.

Photography
Exhibitors are permitted to take photographs or film footage of their stands. The Organisers may also take photographs or video during the Fair for publicity purposes. If you do not wish your stand to be photographed please notify the Events Team in advance, or on the day.
Power
Limited power sockets are available in the exhibition halls, however it will not be possible for every exhibitor to have access to a power socket. Please indicate on the Stand Details Form whether or not you definitely require power as part of your exhibition stand and we will do our best to accommodate this. If you have any queries please contact the Events Team on 020 7863 6050 to discuss.
Security
Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure the safety and security of stands, the organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. Please do not leave valuables on your stand unattended – use the cloakroom at registration or ask the Organisers.
